Colle Cavalieri, in fact, is a Cerasuolo D'Abruzzo DOP, proposed by one of the most important wineries in the region, Tollo. Made from 100% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes, this traditional rosé, after vinification, is aged for about 3 months in stainless steel tanks before meeting the bottle and being put on sale. The result is a beautiful wine characterised by a coral pink colour, typical for the variety, with intense and fresh aromas of ripe red fruit. In the mouth, on the other hand, it is appreciated above all for its good body and soft, velvety taste. Excellent with starters and tasty meat or fish dishes.
