A unique soil capable of bringing an abundance of trace elements to the grapes, guaranteeing a rich expression of the bouquet. The steep slopes also ensure perfect ripeness, without losing the natural freshness of the grapes. In the glass it reveals a fine and abundant perlage. A straw yellow colour with golden highlights, with intense, finely aromatic aromas. In particular, orange blossom, peach and apricot are recognisable. In the mouth, on the other hand, a sensation of perfect balance dominates, with the low alcohol content and acidity, never high, giving the wine a pleasant freshness. Sweet and aromatic, it goes well with simple desserts and in particular, for lovers of local combinations, with the classic hazelnut nougat.
