It comes from a careful selection of grapes from the most prestigious wine-growing areas in the Veneto region. White grapes with a high sparkling vocation. Once in the winery, the grapes are immediately subjected to soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by the preparation of the Cuvée and the sparkling phase according to the Charmat method. The process lasts approximately 3 months, followed by maturation in the bottle. Straw yellow with luminous greenish highlights, the nose reveals a fine, fruity bouquet that ranges from floral to green apple.
