The handle design incorporates an ergonomic thumb rest which helps set the right grip for the best cutting technique. Global SAI-05 23cm Bread knife which is designed to cut through the crustiest loaves of bread, it has a serrated edge that can also be used to slice through fruit and soft vegetables.
