Bouzy is a picturesque village located in the southern part of the Montagne de Reims, in the heart of the Champagne region. There is a very special atmosphere here, thanks to its stone houses, beautiful vineyards and many wine cellars that attract visitors and wine lovers from all over the world. Vinified in thermoregulated stainless steel vats, at the end of the mousse, the wine matures in contact with its own yeasts for at least 3 years, before disgorging and final release. On serving, the mousse is abundant and creamy. The effervescence is very active and produces an incessant perlage. The colour is luminous and reminiscent of gold. The nose initially surprises with floral aromas of white flowers, followed by notes of ripe fruit and a delicate touch of spice on the finish. In the mouth it reveals itself to be a wine with a nice freshness, but at the same time round and ripe. The finish is well balanced.
