A pure Passerina, this Terre Aquilane IGP Testarossa from cantina Pasetti is the young version of the historic Testarossa line. A wine that finds its highest expression in the Capodacqua (AQ) area. The Passerina grapes used for the production of this wine come from vineyards located in the municipality of Capestrano, within the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, an area characterised by high temperature excursions, perfect for preserving acidity and aromas. Passerina, it is worth remembering, is an indigenous Abruzzi grape variety that by its very nature already stands out for its marked acidity and slow sugar accumulation capacity.
