Pouilly-sur-Loire. This is where the Sauvignon grapes used in the production of this interesting French white wine come from. A 100% Sauvignon Blanc, it is difficult not to recognise it on the fly, thanks to its typical, unmistakable and aromatic notes. Above all, vegetable hints, such as pepper or tomato leaf. But also hints of exotic fruit, such as lychee or passion fruit. The processing is, as per tradition, aimed above all at preserving the richness of the initial fruit. Only steel, low temperatures and limited contact with oxygen. The result ‘ A wine characterised by a beautiful straw-yellow colour with clear greenish highlights.
