The Zwilling Enfinigy Sous Vide Lid is the perfect addition to your Zwilling Enfinigy sous-vide stick. The specially developed lid has a recess that is precisely tailored to the size of the sous vide stick. You can now cook sous-vide with the lid closed. This reduces the energy consumption by up to 50% because less heat and water vapour escape and the stick, therefore, has to be reheated less often. This not only protects the wallet and the environment, but also the sous vide stick itself because it is less stressed due to the reduced number of heating cycles. In addition, less water evaporates, which is particularly relevant if you have cooking times of several hours. Because the water must not fall below the minimum water level of the sous vide stick during vacuum cooking. Thanks to the lid, refilling with water is no longer necessary. The sous-vide pot lid with a satin finish is not only made of 18/10 stainless steel, it is also dishwasher-safe and therefore particularly easy to clean.
