The colour is an intense purple red with violet reflections. The nose is complex, with notes of plums and berries. A pleasant finish reminiscent of pastries completes the picture. In the mouth the wine is full and enveloping. The large alcohol structure is well supported by a balanced acidity. This is why it goes well with typical Langhe hors d'oeuvres, such as vitello tonnato and vegetable flan. But also meats, boiled or roasted, tome and moderately mature hard cheeses.

Hold on. This is a super local wine. 100% Argentinian, Bodega Andeluna's Torrontes is a white wine from the Mendoza region, specifically from the Valle de Uco. A fascinating and unique place, the vineyards are located over 1000 metres above sea level. It starts with a manual selection of the best grapes, which are then pneumatically pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and after processing, the wine is refined in steel tanks to preserve the freshness and authenticity of the original grape variety. In the glass one thus discovers a wine characterised by luminous silver reflections, with intense and deep aromas. Notes of white peach and pear, floral hints of jasmine and orange blossom.
