Vinified in stainless steel, simple but precise, this white presents itself in the glass with a beautiful straw-yellow color with greenish highlights. The heady bouquet recalls fresh fruit, ripe Williams pears, black tea and herbs such as mint and lemon balm. In the mouth it is powerful, structured and full-bodied, with a lingering, slightly bitter finish. Excellent with fancy dishes such as vegetable lasagna and fresh goat cheese.
