The container is 200 mm deep and has a capacity of up to 26,5 Litres. Thanks to its cup form it is ideal for starters, salads or fruits. Due to its wide corner edges with practical edge embossing, the Gastronorm tray is compatible with all standard GN 1/1 lids. Due to its flattened edges, it can be easily inserted into a bain-marie or refrigerated cabinet and removed for cleaning or refilling.
