The garden gate is a budget lighter-duty gate that does not compromise on build quality. Note: The listed sizes fit a total post-to-post gap, the hinge and latch gaps are already accounted for. The physical width of the gates is less than the listed width, see respective images. Physical height to the top of the bow as listed. The hinge frame height is 812mm. If the gap does not suit then run timber down one or both sides to suitably close the gap down. Electro-galvanized for added rust resistance and powder-coated black, the finish must be inspected, and any chips touched up. The galvanizing is not a 100% rustproof guarantee. Like any outdoor metal product, it may need to be painted every couple of years to ensure a long life. Moving parts will need to be touched up on a regular basis. Fittings supplied can be fixed to brick walls, metal, or timber posts. It comes with angle brackets, bolts, a rocker latch, and a wall-mounted catch, but no screws.
