This Scanpan Pro IQ 20cm Dutch Oven with Lid is made from hand-cast 100% recycled aluminium which offers outstanding heat distribution and is guaranteed not to warp or have hot spots. Aluminium is also considerably lighter than other materials making this Dutch oven easier to handle. A steel disc is cast into the base making it suitable for all hob types, including induction. Ideal for cooking casseroles, stews and roasts. This Dutch oven is also oven proof up to a temperature of 260°C. The Stratanium non-stick coating is PFOA and PFOS-free, metal utensil safe and offers exceptional performance for perfect cooking results. In fact Scanpan's Stratanium non-stick coating is so good it is designed for fat-free frying so you only ever need add oil or fat for flavouring purposes, making it a healthy choice for the kitchen. The riveted, brushed stainless steel handles transfer very little heat and are comfortable to hold. A glass lid with stylish steel rim is included with this casserole and is also heat resistant to 260°C. Designed and manufactured in Denmark, this 20cm non-stick Dutch oven has a 3.2L capacity, measures approximately 13.9cm high (without lid) and has a base diameter of 16.4cm. Hand wash recommended.
