Sea and land hors d'oeuvres, but also first courses of seafood cuisine or second courses of fish are its natural matches. Try it, in particular, with a nice roast sea bass with potatoes.

After blending, the wine is bottled for frothing and is aged on its lees for no less than 4 years in the cellar. After disgorgement, then, the Champagne is finished with a low dosage that enhances its balance and freshness. In the glass, it is a refined pale gold color, with a particularly fine perlage that feeds a rich, very persistent foam. The nose is delicate, with aromas of fresh citrus and white flowers. As the minutes pass, however, it also reveals itself to be a particularly complex wine, with notes of ripe sweet fruit and a subtle hint of yeast and bread crust. In the mouth it is balanced and very fresh. A Champagne of great pleasantness that can be appreciated on a thousand occasions. Perfect for an aperitif, the maison's technicians also suggest it in combination with delicate white meat and fish dishes. Great with a fresh salmon or tuna tartare.
