Minù is a pure Minutolo macerated on the skins for 4 days in steel silos. An Orange wine, as the technicians define these whites produced using a technique similar to that used to produce red wines. Minù is the result of Vètrere's desire to explore the infinite variations of Minutolo, an indigenous Apulian grape variety on which the company has been working and experimenting for 15 years. Hand-picked from the healthiest grapes in boxes, the bunches are carefully selected once they reach the winery. The maceration phase precedes fermentation, also in steel, at a controlled temperature. At the end, the wine is bottled and left to refine in glass for no less than three months. Like all Orange wines, Minù is an extremely versatile wine. Perfect for those who love mature cheeses, some prefer to enjoy it in small sips after dinner.

Prunotto's Barbaresco is a traditional expression of the famous wine of the Langa. This Barbaresco is made from Nebbiolo grapes harvested in the communes of Treiso and Barbaresco. The production process involves maceration on the skins for about 10 days during alcoholic fermentation. Then the malolactic fermentation takes place and the wine is matured for 12 months in large oak barrels of different sizes. After bottling, the aging process continues for another 12 months in the cellar. Deep garnet red in colour, on the nose the most typical notes of small red fruits, spices, leather, tobacco and violets stand out. on the palate, however, it is well-structured. It has a very long persistence and is an easy wine to pair if we are planning a typical Piedmontese dinner.
