Matured for more than a year in French oak barrels and then for at least 30 months in the bottle, this Etnean red wine in the glass has a beautiful ruby red colour, with a bouquet of small red fruits, plums and orange peel accompanied by spicy notes of cinnamon that blend with fresh floral hints of lavender, balsamic and undergrowth. In the mouth, it is full and enveloping, with fine, densely textured tannins. The finish is persistent and elegant.
