It is called Occhione and is a Toscana IGT proposed here by Campo di Sasso. A white wine obtained mainly from Vermentino grapes, with a small percentage of Viognier. All the vineyards, in this case, are located near the sea. And it is precisely its presence that exerts a strong influence on the grapes. The soil, a mixture of clay and sand, then favours the expression of the qualities of Vermentino. Vinification begins with the manual harvesting of the grapes. Once in the cellar, the grapes are softly crushed and destemmed. The must obtained is then transferred to stainless steel tanks, where fermentation begins at a controlled temperature. After processing, the wine rests for about 5 months before being sent for bottling. In the glass it has a beautiful bright straw yellow colour. On the nose, mineral, citrus and white flower notes stand out. In the mouth, Occhione is fresh and pleasant. Harmonious, with a pleasantly savoury finish. Perfect as an aperitif, it is a fresh white wine that goes well with meat and fish hors d'oeuvres and white meat main courses.

Insoglio del Cinghiale, Toscana IGT, is a wine of great balance and elegance offered by Campo di Sassi, characterised by an intense and complex bouquet. The basic blend is composed of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grapes, all international varieties, perfectly adapted to Tuscany. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the cellar to begin fermentation in temperature-controlled steel vats, followed by several months of ageing, again in steel. Its colour is an intense ruby red, with particularly captivating violet reflections. The nose reveals an intense fruity and spicy aroma that invites you to taste it. In the mouth, however, it is pleasantly soft and harmonious, with an important but not intrusive structure. The tannins are delicate and ripe. Insoglio del Cinghiale is the wine from which it all began. The first produced by the Campo di Sasso Estate, it is the perfect introduction to the Antinori family's project, thanks to its pleasantness and early drinkability. A versatile and refined Tuscan wine, it pairs perfectly with a wide range of dishes, from mature cheeses to red meats, to legume soups and game dishes.

It is called SOF and is a rosé, Toscana IGT. It is proposed by Campo di Sasso, a wine that encompasses elegance and freshness. The basic blend is composed of Syrah grapes, the most representative of the estate, and Cabernet Franc. All coming from the Campo di Sasso estate. A blend that gives this wine a unique character, making it pleasant to drink, especially on hot summer days. After the harvest, the perfectly healthy grapes arrive in the cellar to be processed quickly. Fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel vats, at the end of the transformation the wine is aged for about 6 months. The entire process is supervised by the estate's talented winemaker, Helena Lindberg. The result is a wine characterised by a wonderful peach/ramat colour that stands out for its beauty and refinement. On the nose, this wine offers delicate aromas of flowers and white fruits, reminiscent of sea breezes and sunsets on the coast. In the mouth, however, Sof is pleasantly fresh, delicate and harmonious, with an elegant finish. Perfect as an aperitif, it accompanies mature cheeses, cured meats, white meat main courses. But also sushi and fried fish.
