Bodega Andeluna's Cauco Malbec is a structured red wine from the Mendoza region, more precisely from the Valle de Uco in Argentina. It is made exclusively from Malbec grapes, a variety now considered indigenous to the region, and one of the country's most representative. The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo a pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures in order to obtain a greater extraction of the fruity aromas. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts. During this process, pumping over takes place three times a day, as well as one or two racking. Subsequently, part of the wine is racked into French oak barrels to acquire further aromatic nuances. Finally, the wine is aged in bottles for a minimum of 3 months before release. Cauco Malbec presents itself in the glass with a beautiful deep purple colour, with floral aromas of violets, fresh mint and spices, typical characteristics for Malbecs from the Uco Valley. The palate reveals a pleasantly tannic and rich wine, with a light touch of oak and vanilla. Rich and enveloping, this red is a clear expression of its terroir. Served slightly chilled, at a temperature of around 16°C, it is a wonderful accompaniment to red meats and mature cheeses.

Bodega Andeluna's 1300 Cabernet Sauvignon is a fine red wine produced in the Mendoza region of Argentina's Valle de Uco. The vineyards from which the grapes are made, located precisely at about 1300 meters, are among the highest in the world for this variety. Processing begins with manual selection of the clusters, which are then subjected to pre-fermentation maceration at low temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, after racking the wine is passed into French oak barrels before bottling and subsequent aging in glass. Deep red in color, spicy notes of bell pepper and cloves stand out on the nose, enriched by bell pepper aromas. In the mouth, it stands out for its excellent balance and fine tannins. Pleasant from the first sip, it has a particularly long and spicy finish. Thanks to its nice structure, this Cabernet Sauvignon accompanies red meats, game, grilled meats and aged cheeses with ease. Truly a fine wine!

Hold on. This is a super local wine. 100% Argentinian, Bodega Andeluna's Torrontes is a white wine from the Mendoza region, specifically from the Valle de Uco. A fascinating and unique place, the vineyards are located over 1000 metres above sea level. It starts with a manual selection of the best grapes, which are then pneumatically pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and after processing, the wine is refined in steel tanks to preserve the freshness and authenticity of the original grape variety. In the glass one thus discovers a wine characterised by luminous silver reflections, with intense and deep aromas. Notes of white peach and pear, floral hints of jasmine and orange blossom. In the mouth, however, the Torrontes shows a medium body and delicate acidity, with a clear reminder of its aromas. On the table, thanks to its aromatic profile and freshness, it pairs well with white meats, salads, grilled fish and shellfish.
