With the pellet press from Wiesenfield, you can produce up to 100 kg of feed sticks per hour or process up to 60 kg/h of wood chips. Each piece of the raw material should be less than 6 mm in size. This way, you can produce large quantities of pellets for feeding, fertilising, or heating at a low cost. The cylindrical feed pellets contain only the ingredients that correspond to your recipe. The inserted material is pressed at high pressure through a 120 mm diameter die. The application of pressure and temperatures of 60 - 80 °C generates 6 mm diameter pellets. Heat increases the longevity of the pellets. Thanks to the practical discharge chute made of galvanised sheet steel, you can fill the finished pellets directly into bags or other containers. The granulate press is driven by a 3000 W electric motor. The easy-to-use machine is equipped with a centrally-located emergency stop switch that is easily accessible at all times. A protective grid (37 x 37 mm mesh) in the hopper prevents foreign objects or hands from entering the press. The pellet press is highly mobile on four large wheels. Note: Make sure to include the pellet binder in your order (Product number: 10530000). The wheat starch powder makes pressing and storing your pellets easier. Note on wearing parts: You can use the built-in dies and rollers for pellet presses for up to 300 hours. If they are worn, replace them promptly.
