Each piece of the raw material should be less than 6 mm in size. The pellet press is powered via a PTO shaft through the auxiliary drive of a tractor or other utility vehicle with a power output of 8 to 12 HP. Moreover, the ability to run continuously for 24 hours enables the effortless production of large quantities. The control element is clearly organised and intuitive. An easily accessible emergency stop button ensures safety – as does the protective grid in the large filling hopper. Whether wood pellets or feed granules, the pellet machine presses various materials into practical sticks. But how does it work? You heat the pellet press to 60 to 80°C. Then, two heavy rollers press the raw material through a 150 mm diameter die. The result: tightly compressed, durable pellets with a 6 mm diameter. This warming process ensures surfaces remain undamaged or deformed during heating. Next, add the material you wish to press. Two solid rollers push the contents through a die measuring 150 mm in diameter. The result: firmly compressed, durable pellets with a diameter of 6 mm. If you want to produce pellets with a different diameter, you will need different moulds. Make use of the handy discharge chute to fill the finished pellets directly into sacks. The control interface is designed for clarity and ease of use. An emergency stop switch ensures safety.
