This little house is clad in 12mm shiplap boards on sturdy 34mm square framing with a T&G roof and floor. The playhouse is finished in a honey brown basecoat treatment ready for painting or staining after installation. The painted model shown is for illustration only. With regular wood preservative, this den will last for many years. All fixings and roof felt are provided along with assembly instructions.
