An amazing dream cottage in your own garden oozing fairy tale charm. Our Enchanted Cottage will make a show stopping feature in your garden as well as keeping all princes and princesses happy! Five windows including one opening side window and a delightful dormer window allow lots of light. A shaped facia and two window boxes add the finishing touches as well as the pretty mock antique hinges and diamond window detail to the door. The 'Upstairs' is 830x1720 mm and comes complete with balustrade, ladder and banister rail. The floor and roof of the playhouse are T&G boards. It is fully CE certified and complies with BS EN 71 for the safety of your children. The door is fitted with a full length piano hinge to prevent finger traps and the 5 windows are glazed with acrylic. It is manufactured from high grade, slow grown, FSC approved, northern European pine shiplap boards over sturdy 34mm framing. The playhouse is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for top coating by you immediately on installation in either a wood paint or stain. Imperial dimensions are approximate, please refer to the exact metric dimensions in the data given. Please note this building is self assembly; all fixings, mineral roof felt and installation instructions are provided. Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day you will also receive live tracking information. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
