A pleasantly dry wine, thanks to a dosage of about 7 grams of sugar per liter, this Rosé presents itself in the glass with a beautiful pink color with amber hues. The nose reveals a heady and lively bouquet. Clear notes of red fruits, including wild strawberry, raspberry and cherry, and floral hints reminiscent of rose, with a slight hint of pepper. In the mouth, however, we discover a bubble characterized by an incredible juicy intensity, amid notes of red and yellow-fleshed fruit, well balanced by the freshness of a subtle menthol note. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with simple dishes, including meat dishes. Try it, for example, with lamb or suckling pig cooked in the oven.
