In the version offered by the South Tyrolean winery, the grapes come from vineyards in Bolzano and Appiano that are located at an altitude of 260 to 500 meters, with good exposure and a microclimate strongly influenced by significant temperature swings between day and night. Vinified in stainless steel, simple but precise, this white presents itself in the glass with a beautiful straw-yellow color with greenish highlights.
