The pneumatic paste filling machine offers you a 10.6 L funnel-shaped container into which you can pour your finished product for packaging. No matter what you want to portion, with the manual filling machine you can further process everything that flows. The filling machine requires a compressor to operate (not included with delivery). The pneumatically-operated filling mechanism with a foot pedal is adjustable for portions from 5 to 50 ml and reliably dispenses creamy cosmetics with an accuracy of 1%. The liquid and paste filling machine's hopper and filling elements are made of stainless steel and the frame is made of smooth carbon steel. This makes this piece of production equipment not only robust but also very well suited for sensitive cosmetics. Depending on the consistency and filling amount, you can dispense 8 to 43 portions. Depending on the bottle size, you can select an opening with a diameter of 4 or 8 mm for the filling tip. The filling quantity is easily set with a rotary knob.

Their dimensions fit precisely under the press roller with a diameter of 150 mm and a height of 25 mm. When mounting, make sure that there is a clearance of 0.1 to 0.3 mm between the die and the roller. Properly installed, it reliably delivers pellets evenly, which you can use for feeding or fertilising, depending on their composition. Want to produce pellets in other sizes? For the pellet mill WIE-PM-2500 you will find dies with hole sizes from 2.5 to 8 mm in expondo's agricultural supplies, of course all in excellent Wiesenfield quality!
