It is characterised by a sublime rose gold colour with coral hues, and a fine and persistent perlage. Balanced and endowed with excellent freshness, it expresses great elegance. Ruinart Rosé, fine, soft and delicate with intense notes of red fruits and sweet spices, reveals a hint of mint on the finish. In the blend, in addition to the Chardonnay that strongly characterises it, Ruinart Rosé owes its delicate hints of red fruits to the Pinot Noir (19% of which is vinified red).

The colour is very bright pale gold with green highlights. The perlage is very fine and persistent. An exceptional Blanc de Blancs, pure, incisive and precise. The attack is soft, pulpy; the finish is very fresh, with notes of white peach and citron. It is a wine of great conviviality, excellent as an aperitif. Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes of different vintages (25% of reserve wines from 2 or 3 previous vintages).
