Sparkling in autoclave, according to the Charmat method, this wine is characterised by a fine and persistent bubble. In the glass it has a beautiful bright straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose reveals a fruity and floral bouquet, with notes of green apple, pear, citrus, white flowers and almond. In the mouth, however, it is soft, fresh and harmonious, with a moderate sweetness that makes it pleasant and inviting. The finish is long and fruity. Perfect for a thousand occasions, it can be served as an aperitif to accompany savoury snacks. Good with fresh or mature cheeses, cured meats and the typical Venetian 'cicchetti'.
