Valle dei Laghi in Trentino, characterized by a mild climate both in summer and winter, is like the Gironde region in Bordeaux, France. CAVIT offers it here in this interesting version that belongs to the Bottega Vinai line. Made from crushed and destemmed grapes that undergo a 12-hour cold maceration to facilitate aromatic extraction, it matures only in steel. The result is a wine characterized by an intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. The nose reveals intense aromas well supported by notes reminiscent of elderberry, fig leaf and the classic grapefruit leaf. In the mouth it is dry, full-bodied and pleasantly acidulous. A wine that can do justice to various mouth-watering dishes. Like the classic spaghetti with clams, a risotto with scampi or the most classic of mixed fried foods. Santé.
